From an early age, Raj’s life revolved around music. Beginning piano lessons at the age of seven, he spent his school years performing in various ensembles, bands and choirs. At the age of sixteen, he received Campion School’s highest distinction for musicianship, recognising his dedication and growth over the previous decade.

Raj was always fascinated by music’s ability to tell stories. He naturally gravitated towards scoring, and later sought training under award-winning composer Leon Willett.

Raj treats story as the core of his musical language and is passionate about creating a unique sonic universe for every project.
